Mother Lode Exhibition

A long-time tradition for Placerville Arts Associates (PAA), the Mother Lode Show is the crescendo for their year. Last year filled both floors of the Gallery including Paintings, Ceramics, Gourds, Baskets, Photography, Sculptures, Pastels, Glass and much more.

Creator Haven Owners Pat and Glenn, members Michael Sopkin and Himani Natu, and over 50 other artists will be selling their glass, jewelry, and pottery artwork at the Seconds Sale on May 7 from 10am to 2pm.

This event draws a large audience where artists sell overstock, experiments and seconds at bargain prices!

The event is held on the top level of the Cabrillo College main parking garage (where the Farmers Market operates on Saturdays).

We are currently closed while taking inventory and then taking a needed break in January so we won’t be officially open again until January 18, 2023. But we will be around off and on so don’t hesitate to email if you need something and we will do the best we can.

Please note we have a ton of new glass fusing and jewelry making classes set up for the first part of 2023 through Cabrillo Extension. The classes tend to be small and fill up fast, so don’t delay — check them out and register sooner rather than later.
