This free class is required for anyone who wants to join Creator Haven with a Studio Membership or Bench Membership. It is also a requirement before using the studio tools during Open Studio hours.
In this class you get a tour of our studio tools and equipment, along with tips for keeping yourself safe and the tools in good condition when you are using them on your own. This is an overview, not an in-depth study of each of the tools. We’ll pay particular attention to the hydraulic press, rolling mill, bench shear, polishing equipment, flex-shafts, and kilns.
