Pre-requisite: Silver Metal Clay Basics or approval of the instructor.
Silver metal clay is like magic! It starts in clay form and then fires to pure fine silver. Take your metal clay to the next level in this 3 session class and add to your repertoire of techniques for setting stones with multiple techniques, using additional forms of metal clay (paper, paste and gold paste), and adding dimension to your work .
Because intermediate projects become much more personalized, you’ll purchase your clay, stones and other materials as needed on as project-by-project basis.
Use of all studio tools, equipment and incidentals as well as kiln firing is included (1 week turnaround). Materials, findings and many tools are available for purchase.
