Etching and Enameling go together like bread and butter! In this all-day class we’ll begin by etching copper sheet. Then we’ll use the hydraulic press to cut out blanks (or you can use shears or a jeweler’s saw if you prefer). Then we’ll apply underglaze to bring out the texture and finish by applying transparent enamels. You’ll leave with a pair of earrings and a pendant as well as extra etched sheet for future use.
Cost of class includes all sheet copper, chemicals, enamel, tools, earwires, jump rings, and incidental materials.
