Learn glass fusing techniques while making up to five fused glass gift items. You can choose from a variety of projects including wine stoppers, nightlights, small jewelry, hair accessories, and small dishes suitable for holding rings or fancy salt! Have fun and check off those hard to buy for friends and family, all at the same time!
No experience necessary. Intended for one parent and one child aged 10 or older. Children may not attend unless with parent or guardian.
Finished pieces will be ready for pickup about 1 week after class to allow time for kiln firing. Allow 15-20 minutes at pickup time to add finishing touches such as attaching hardware to your pieces.

Wear comfortable “work” clothes, with closed shoes, hair tied back, and no loose scarves or sleeves that could present a hazard.

Instructor Glenn Evans is a fused glass artist and teaches beginning to advanced fused glass theory and techniques including vitrigraph, pattern bars and raking. He holds BS and MS degrees in physics, which have informed his lifetime of experience in creative and technical endeavors and his involvement with maker skills.
