Making Jewelry with Your Parent (Ages 4-7) :0210:1

Sat, Feb 10, 2018 -- 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at Creator Haven LLC

Ages 4-7, accompanied by an adult

Are you looking for a fun activity to do with your favorite child? Bring a child age 4-7  and spend a fun morning making jewelry. You will both learn to use basic jewelry tools like hammers and metal stamps. You’ll learn how to texture and shape metal, string beads, add findings (the things that hold your jewelry together, like ear wires and jump rings), and lots more!

Instructor Pat Evans, former 4th grade teacher, mother of 5, and owner of Creator Haven, loves sharing the excitement of creating with kids of all ages. Pat has been teaching jewelry making for over a decade in venues ranging from private lessons to national conferences.

Each pair will leave with a unique bracelet as well as either earrings or a pendant to keep or give to a special someone. And you’ll both gain the skills to keep making jewelry on your own, or to join in future adventures at Creator Haven. The Kit Fee of $12 includes all the materials you need plus use of all tools, equipment and shared materials for both participants. Tax is included as part of the kit fee.
